I bought two of these for my daughters. They love them. The first one i bought was in April for my 11 yr old and the other in August for my 8 yr old. The first one made it through the yr with good battery life. The second has short life from the beginning. After a few e-mails razor finally sent me a new battery. There customer service was good. I now have to buy another battery for the first one. It seems it should have made it more than a yr (of light use). that is the only thing that has disappointed me about the product.
