I use this gun on target paper and on full auto it is so much fun it is also fun on semi-auto this gun is awesome for close range and shooting it for fun but it is harrd to reload and hard to aim but over all it is a great gun

This gun is flimsy, the stock broke off the day i bought it, it has about 200 fps, and that is with .2s, the price is low, but so is the quality, if you want a good airsoft AEG your going to be spending at least $120. Don't let a price tag fool you.

i used this gun in 3 air soft wars before its removable stock broke off. i just duct taped it back on and it worked fine but then the gravity hopper didn't work and it wouldn't shoot. i think if you take better care of it it might last longer. but its still an OK gun

Great AEG for beginners

I use the R71 a lot during airsoft wars. It has many good qualities that overall outweigh the bad, but I would recommend this only to people who don't want to spend much money on an AEG (Automatic Electronic Airsoft Gun). It is easy to load, can carry 500 rounds, has great seals, looks cool, and has removable parts. It also has a good battery life of about 1500- 2000 rounds, which is about 3-4 hours. However, it doesn't have a scope and is innacurate with .12 gram bbs. I would always recommend using .20 gram bbs with this gun even if they don't go quite as far. Overall, though, this is a great gun for beginners and people who just like to play airsoft for fun with friends. If you want a better gun, you should be willing to pay more and look elsewhere for it, however. Just keep in mind that for the price it is probably the best gun on the market.
